The National Training Center is an ideal training location for team and groups of all disciplines and athletes of all levels. Whether you are looking for a long or short term training site or just looking to continue your workout while vacationing in Central Florida, the National Training Center is fully-equipped to meet and exceed your expectations.

TRANSPORTATION
Air Transportation:
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is served by most US domestic carriers and a wide selection of international airlines. Other alternative airports include Tampa, St. Petersburg, Sanford and Daytona Beach.

Ground Transportation:
Orlando International is the largest car rental market in the world. All major car companies are easy accessible from the airport. A few rental car companies are located on Level 1 of the main terminal building (A & B sides), the rest are accessible via a courtesy shuttle located on Level 1 (A & B).
