Classes Schedule & Descriptions
No matter what your skill level is-beginner, intermediate, or
advanced, we have a class designed with you in mind.
With over 50 classes offered weekly, we are sure you will find
something to meet your fitness needs. Join us in the main studio,
cycling room or on the pool deck for a great workout!
MAIN STUDIO:
We offer everything from Senior Fit and Low Impact Aerobics to Muscle Force,
Step Class, Fit Training and a 1.5 hr Boot Camp class that is guaranteed
to make you sweat!
SPECIALTY CLASSES:
Come tone the body and tune the mind! Try one of our Yoga, Mat Pilates, Yogalates,
or Flexible Strength classes.
AQUA CLASSES:
We offer a number of types of aqua classes. Shallow water classes are great
for those who are looking for a non-low impact workout. Try our Deep water
classes for a new challenge. Add variety to your cardio work in our Aqua
Track class or try a new swim workout in our Take the Plunge classes.
CYCLE CLASSES:
In need of a great cardiovascular workout? Try our cycle classes. Combine the
great cardio workout with upper body strengthening in our cycle sculpt classes
and you will reach your goals in no time.
EXPRESS CLASSES:
Express classes are great for those on the go! These 30 min. classes are designed
to give you a great strength workout that will fit into your busy schedule.
