Healthy Recipe: Create Your Own Simple Heart-Healthy Trail Mix

Make a small batch in a sandwich bag or enough to store in a larger container to enjoy throughout the week or share with family and friends!

• Nuts of choice, example almonds and/or cashews (raw, no added sugar or salt)
• Granola
• Seeds; sunflower, flax, chia, ect.
• Dark chocolate pieces, for optimal health benefits buy >70% cocoa
Mix all ingredients in a bag or bowl, shake/stir up ingredients
