Set yourself up for healthy success via our FREE monthly challenge! Take you pick from three different levels (beginner, intermediate, or advanced) and participate in the challenge each day to help kick off the new year on a healthy note.

Mark each day you successfully complete that day’s challenge.
Return your completed sheet to the fitness staff by February 5th and be entered to win prizes! Have questions about a day’s challenge or need a modification? Please see a member of the fitness team for assistance.
