In doing this an athlete will be able to ensure that they using accurate training zones and thereby targeting the appropriate energy systems.”

Coaching/Program Design:

“My approach in creating the proper training environment for my athletes is to develop a periodized, personalized program, designed specifically for that athlete and not from a fixed template. The program should be designed in a way so that cycles can be lengthened or shortened, based on the athlete’s exercise adherence, training response, the strengths and weaknesses of the athlete.”
