PURE Athletics Track Club


PURE ATHLETICS Youth Track Club offers Track & Field, Cross Country, and Sports Conditioning training and competitive opportunities for youth athletes ages 7-18 desiring to take their performance to a higher level. The programming will focus on general and specific strength conditioning, speed acquisition and general endurance. Training takes place in a team environment where athletes can meet challenges together and through camaraderie, experience growth and athletic development in a positive and fun environment.

Training takes place at the National Training Center Track & Field Complex. All ability levels, from beginners to competitive athletes, are welcome and will benefit from the training programs.


PURE Athletics Adult Track Club is for adults interested in improving their health and fitness and achieving performance goals.  Our group workouts, supervised by a professional coach, will provide camaraderie and motivation to help you achieve your goals. This program is designed for all levels of runners & walkers and will consist of structured workouts individualized for all levels of athletes.  Individuals may also use this track time to perform their own workouts or consult coaches for advice.

Training programs implement innovative training plans, certified, professional coaching, and educational seminars to achieve your health, fitness, and performance goals.

All programs include:

  • Coach supported group training runs or perform your own workout
  • Coach available at training for feedback or questions
  • Educational seminars on topics such as equipment, nutrition, race preparation, stretching & exercise, goal setting, etc.
